Robert Half OfficeTeam has an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Administrator! This role is with one of our clients, a well know Energy company in the Meridian, ID area. The HR Admin will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This is a temporary-to-hire position, with a full time hours and a Monday-Friday work schedule. Sound like a match for your skills and abilities? Apply today!

Your responsibilities as the HR Administrator will include:

– Forming and maintaining employee records

– Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave

– Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

– Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

– Communicating with external partners

– Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover

– Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries

– Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

– Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

Job Requirements:

Requirements for this role:

– 1+ year experience as a HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or Administrative Assistant with HR functions

– Keen understanding various Human Resources software systems

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

– General understanding of labor laws

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Reliable with a respect to confidentiality

– Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant field preferred but not required
