Working with HR Shared Services and Centers Of Expertise (COE), the Senior Human Resources Business Partner will lead HR interventions, balancing the needs of the business with the overall global HR strategy.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for the development and leadership of a team of HR business partners.nn nnPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nn nnPartner with business unit leadership in the development of the business strategy and plan, develop people strategies, workforce plans and support their implementation.Advise senior leaders on strategies to grow talent and develop technical capability pipelines for the businessLead the design and implementation of structures that improve individual and organizational performance (including mergers and acquisitions)Drive change through the development and implementation of people strategies that enable the organization to thriveProvide coaching to business leaders to deliver on their people goalsLead the implementation of standardized HR processes for the assigned business unitManage highly complex associate relations issues that may have significant business impactParticipate in the selection of candidates for senior positionsPartner with COEs to: drive performance management, learning and development, succession planning and key HR processes developmentEnsure compensation structures reward performanceEnsure successful resolution of Labor Relations issuesLead change management planning and activitiesParticipate in the execution of Labor Relations strategies and the resolution of complex Labor Relations issues under the leadership of Associate Relations COEManage HR Partner teamnn nnQualifications: Requires broad training in fields which may include business administration, sales, marketing, or similar vocations obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree program.

Normally requires a minimum of ten (10) years related and progressively responsible experience.
