We’re building a culture of success and are looking for motivated professionals to join us!**THE OPPORTUNITY**As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll be bringing a detailed and process driven mindset to execute B2B lead generation programs, measuring their success and optimizing results. You should have a passion for analytics and record of using data to improve business decisions. Success in this role will be measured in terms of demand generation, deal development, and ability to measure and optimize marketing investments. You’ll bring an eye for detail and experience with content marketing, lead processes and lead nurturing in Marketo and Salesforce.com. This is an opportunity to collaborate with Sales to ensure effective lead hand-off and to continuously improve lead scoring and lead conversion to new deals. We count on Marketing to coordinate with the content creation team to focus efforts on topics and media types proven to be most engaging. You’ll plan, test, and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns – leverage tactics across all available channels, including email, online/PPC, webinars, trade shows, content syndication, social media, etc. to engage prospects in Marketo.**THE TEAM**Our Xactly Marketing Ops team comes from all over the country and has experience across a variety of large enterprise and startup-style companies. We’re here to make someone’s idea a reality!**THE SKILL SET:**- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2021 – June 2022- Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce.com experience a plus- Email or Social marketing experience encouraged- Process and analytical in your problem-solving approach- Proactive, creative, entrepreneurial and results-oriented**WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:**- Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow- Build relationships with internal business partners including Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, and Lead Generation teams- Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves**WITHIN TWO MONTHS, YOU’LL:**- Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know**BY THE END OF YOUR INTERNSHIP, YOU’LL:**- Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide- Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumenIs this role not an exact fit for you?
